THE dERMA hOUSE
Skin, Laser, and Hair Transplant Treatments
The Derma House Skin Clinic strives to provide the highest standard of patient care and client satisfaction. However, due to the medical nature of our services, the following refund and return policy applies:
Consultations
● All consultation fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether treatment is pursued or not.
Treatment Service
● Payments for dermatological or aesthetic treatments are non-refundable once rendered.
● No refunds will be given for perceived lack of results if procedures were completed as per clinical standards and consented plans.
● In rare cases involving adverse reactions, the clinic may offer alternative treatments or credit toward another service, subject to medical evaluation.
Prepaid Packages and Subscriptions
● If no sessions have been utilized, a refund request may be considered within 30 days of purchase, subject to a 10 % administrative fee.
● Once sessions are used, partial refunds are not allowed.
● Transfers to another individual may be allowed upon written request and approval.
Product Returns
● Unopened, unused products in original condition may be returned within 10 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
● Opened, used, or damaged items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
● Prescription-based or custom-formulated products are strictly non-refundable.
Missed Appointments and Late Cancellations
● Fees related to late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
● Prepaid appointment slots missed without proper notice are counted as used sessions.
Payment Disputes
● Any disputes regarding charges must be raised in writing within 10 days of the transaction date.
● All refund claims will be reviewed within 7 business days.
Mode of Refund
● Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method only.
● Refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to reflect, depending on the bank/payment provider.
